Print data requirements
Transmit print data
After you have checked your order in the order overview and confirmed the terms and conditions, the binding order is triggered. You will then be asked to upload your corresponding print data for all products.
The print data requirements as listed below will be offered to you again for download at this time. If you do not have all the print data ready, you can also upload/submit the print data later. An upload link will be sent to you automatically by email.
The upload may take some time depending on the data size. Please note that the maximum file size for the upload is 30 MB. If your data is larger than 30 MB, the access data for our FTP server will be sent to you after the order.

Standard data check

With every order, your data is checked for printability with the free basic data check. If optimisations are necessary, we will inform you by e-mail. If your data is incorrect and not printable, you can upload the corrected data again via the link sent to you.
Professional data check
- fee required
If you want to be sure that your print data will deliver an optimal print result, select our professional data check (fee required) in the respective online product calculator (at the bottom). If your print data does not meet our specifications, we will inform you by e-mail about the details to be adjusted. We will describe to you how your print data should be correct or offer you (for a fee) our correction service, if possible. After correcting the errors, you can upload the corrected data again via the link sent to you.
At your request, we will be happy to make any changes for you.
For data adjustments we allow ourselves to charge an hourly rate of 60€ (we always charge in a fair 5 minute cycle). Of course, we determine the expected time expenditure in advance free of charge and then consult with you before implementation.
